Civil process is a term referring to the service of papers - subpoenas, summons and complaints and other orders from any of the courts. They are typically served by Deputy Sheriff’s, who are officers of the court.

For service of a set of papers to an individual or business: $26.00
For mileage to/from the address of the court:
$0.84 per mile.
